We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you book a strategy call, request an audit, submit a contact form, or respond to one of our ads.
- Business details — information about your company such as business type, the platforms you want managed, how your social media is currently handled, and your budget range. We collect this so we can prepare for your call and recommend an appropriate plan.
- Account and billing information — if you become a client, the details needed to deliver and bill for your plan. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Content you provide — photos, logos, brand assets, copy, and access to social accounts you ask us to manage.
- Correspondence — emails, text messages, call notes, and support requests.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Advertising and analytics data — we use the Meta Pixel on this website. It records actions you take here (such as viewing a page or submitting a form) and reports them to Meta so we can measure our advertising and show ads to relevant audiences. See Section 6 for how to limit this.
Information from third parties
- Lead forms on social platforms — if you submit one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the details you provided, which may be pre-filled from your Meta profile.
- Service providers — our CRM and email tools may append engagement information such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we ask that you do not send them to us.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry, prepare your free audit, and schedule and conduct calls;
- deliver, support, and bill for our services;
- send you service messages about your account, plan, or reports;
- send marketing emails and text messages where you have asked to hear from us or have an existing relationship with us — you can opt out at any time (Section 7);
- measure and improve our advertising, including building audiences on advertising platforms;
- understand how our website is used and improve it;
- keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
4. Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call you and send you text messages about your enquiry, your audit, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out of marketing texts does not stop essential messages about an active account, such as billing notices.
Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers who help us deliver those messages on our behalf, as described in Section 5.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — our CRM and marketing automation platform (HighLevel), email and SMS delivery providers, website hosting, scheduling tools, and payment processing. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising and analytics platforms — Meta Platforms, Inc., in connection with the Meta Pixel and lead forms described above.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities or other parties — where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
- A successor — if our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. Cookies, tracking, and advertising choices
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
To limit interest-based advertising:
- Meta — adjust your Ad Preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences
- Industry opt-outs — optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com

You may at any time:
- Unsubscribe from marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any message

8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here:
- Enquiries that do not become clients — up to 24 months from your last interaction with us
- Client records — for the life of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards, for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
- Leads collected through social platform forms — retrieved into our CRM promptly; the platform's own copy is deleted according to its retention rules
We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
